I’ve seen an interesting trend lately with our customer SEO results. Those customers who have an onsite blog are getting traffic AND conversions from their blogging efforts. In some cases up to 25% of their non-paid traffic is coming from this blog content. This is nothing unusual. Google loves content and the more you post solid content, the better off you'll be. It's just nice to see the "proof".

As 2010 comes to an end, I like to look back on the year and reflect on some lessons learned. I think this is a valuable exercise. Taking a look back on what I’ve learned allows me to improve my performance going forward.
Here are a few take-away from 2010:
Make sure your team meets on a regular basis, the faster you’re company is growing, the more important meeting rhythm becomes
Doing things right the first time is much better than doing it wrong, then having to do it over again
Things are not as easy as they seem
Measuring key metrics in your business allows you to make better decisions and have more confidence
Taking more time to plan can never really hurt you

I loved attending Gordon College. It’s a small Christian liberal arts college in Wenham, MA. I was a chemistry major and the class sizes were small enough to have full access to the professors and really learn. It was a perfect fit for me.
